Insurance Authority Participates in the New Accelerators of Emiratisation
The Insurance Authority has participated in novel accelerators of the qualitative process of Emiratisation in the financial and banking sector, which the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation has arranged lately.
The purpose of the Authority's participation is to enhance and contribute to accelerating the pace of Emiratisation in the insurance sector besides boosting the rate-points system of Emiratisation, launched by the Authority in cooperation with the insurance companies operating in the UAE.
Many job seekers have widely taken part in the recruitment event aspiring to get hold of new job opportunities from those rolled out during the event.
HE Ibrahim Al Zaabi, Director General of the Insurance Authority, has confirmed that Emiratisation is a dynamic national issue at the first place. It requires cooperation and exertion of more efforts as one team, on both the public and private sectors' levels besides the stakeholders, in a bid to achieve tangible results.
Al Zaabi has added that the Authority is now doing its best to accomplish the UAE leadership's directives and aspirations regarding Emiratisation. The issuance of the national UAE agenda on Emiratisation by His Highness SheikhMohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Ruler of the Emirate of Dubai, may Allah bless him, has duly highlighted the significance of the issue.
Furthermore, the Insurance Authority has recently launched "Maharati-My Skills"initiative aiming to qualify and train the UAE citizens for free in many insurance specializations, in collaboration with the Chartered Insurance Institute of London, through holding training courses to qualify the UAE nationals working in the insurance sector to help them acquire higher level international professional certificates.
